This super premium Estate Bottled Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the vineyards of Alto Maipo, the most prestigious of Chile’s viticultural areas. The vineyards lie several hundred metres above sea level. At this height the nights are cooler, which slows ripening and produces a rich, fruit-driven wine. This Cabernet Sauvignon is only produced in years of exceptional vintages.
This wine is ripe with blackcurrant tones. It is aged 16 months in oak producing an intense yet balanced taste, with notes of crushed raspberries and blackberries. There are hints of earth and spice on the finish. Perfect with barbecued meats.
