We only deliver to addresses in the Hong Kong SAR.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery is free for all locations on Hong Kong Island only on orders over HK$1,200.

There will be additional charges for deliveries to more remote areas. In these cases, we will contact you to confirm additional costs before proceeding with your order.

Delivery Schedule:

We receive, process and deliver orders from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Our offices and warehouse are closed on Saturday and Sunday as well as on Public Holidays. We also do not deliver during Typhoon Signal #8 or Black Rain Warnings.

We provide next day delivery for all orders received before 2pm. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Packaging

We try to use the most environmentally-friendly packaging available to us and in particular to minimize our use of plastic. Sometimes we use third-party couriers where we do not have control over the packaging.

Returns & Replacements:

If any bottles of wine you receive from us are corked please let us know and we will replace them or refund you.

If any bottles are broken please let us know within 5 working days and we will replace them or refund you.

​

Stock

There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock. In these cases we will notify you as soon as possible as to which products are unavailable for immediate shipment. You may be offered an alternative or a refund.

Vintages

We make every effort to ensure the current vintages are displayed on our website but please note that sometimes variations can occur.

Age Restriction

It is illegal under Hong Kong law to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order with us you confirm that you are 18 years or older. The customer shall ensure no-one under the age of 18 uses their log in or payment details to purchase alcohol from our website.
